PDP #9 - The Master of the World by Jules Verne, Part 3
Here we go, Chapters 5 and 6 of The Master of the World (manual download link here).
Time is approximately 24 minutes and the file size is only about 5 Mb.
So far in our story we've had a strange occurence in the mountains, a swift and mysterious road vehicle and the puzzled police. It gets even stranger in these chapters.
On the admin side I think you'll be pleased with the improved quality of the recordings. I have noticed, however; a strange and faint rhythmic background sound, not a hum but more of a tap. It only occurs in a few places. It may be related to my use of a very cheap microphone. I'm going to test this theory and if it proves true I will set aside a new microphone fund.
